Flying Scotsman has now returned to the National Railway Museum after its successful tour across the UK through 2016.

Situated next to the Great Hall, Flying Scotsman will be predominantly located at the National Railway Museum’s Workshop to undergo its winter maintenance.

Members of the public will be able to view Scotsman from the Works Balcony. Please be advised that this view will be obscured.

However, due to the nature of the works being carried out, Flying Scotsman may be moved at any time to locations in the Museum that are out of public view.

Further updates on Flying Scotsman’s future activities will be made public on the National Railway Museum’s website and social media channels once available.
